Small house boundary conditions in § 33
According to the boundary conditions of the current energy efficiency regulation section 33, E numbers for the most typical residential buildings can be determined from the tables without calculations!
- The U-value for walls is a maximum of 0.12 W/m2K
- The U-value limited to the outside air for the flat roof and bottom is a maximum of 0.07 W/m2K
- floor: the ventilated subfloor bordering the crawl space or the building part against the ground is a maximum of 0.10 W/m2K
- Air tightness q 50 ≤ 0.60
- Mechanical intake and exhaust ventilation, LTO ≥ 65%, as a ventilation system
- District/geothermal heating or an air-water heat pump as a heating system
